Revision of the Electoral Roll

Church of England rules state that the church electoral role must be fully revised every 6 years.  For St Michael's that falls due this year and a copy of the official notice posted in church can be found below.  This means that everyone who wishes to be included on St Michael's church electoral roll must fill out a form to be included.  Blank forms can be found on the table at the back of church, alternatively you can print off the electronic form attached below.  Forms must reach Mary Hoyle, our Electoral Roll Officer, by 23rd March. 

[Note : Although applications can be submitted at any time, this is the time window for the current review process to allow enough time for the electoral roll to be completed in time for the Annual Parochial Council Meeting (APCM)].

Completed forms can be place in the box at the back of church or posted to:
