12/12/21 Coronavirus Update

Further updates to rules regarding Coronavirus have been released.

In accordance with the law, and Blackburn Diocese policy, mask-wearing is required at most points during (and after) the service.

The exceptions to this are:

• You may remove your mask for singing.
• Anyone involved in the delivery of aspects of the service (readings, prayers, sermon etc) may remove their masks whilst doing so.

Refreshments will still be served after the main service, and masks may (of course!) be removed when you are sitting down to enjoy them.

NOTES: 

• Those with a medical exemption from mask-wearing remain entirely welcome to attend the service.
• We are continuing to be careful about how we ventilate the church building.
• Hand-sanitising gel is still available within church, and its use (upon entry) is recommended.
